Description
Cory Corgi kept the corner newsstand open from the first commuter rush until the streetlights came on. By 1987, regulars knew the camel overcoat, patterned neck scarf and the pencil tucked behind his ear meant Cory was already sorting tomorrow’s headlines.
He stocked the big-city papers, neighborhood weeklies and the small independent magazines nobody else bothered to carry. Cory saved favorite issues for loyal customers, passed along community notices and could point anybody toward a good read without wasting their time.
This large 15-ounce ceramic mug features original full-wrap Sup Dawggs artwork inspired by Cory’s evening shift at the neighborhood newsstand.
Cory Corgi—keep the corner current.
